Ordering and Shipping Information
Orders will ship out via USPS (First Class or Priority) or UPS within 7-10 business days.Insurance is optional and is recommended. We process orders Monday-Friday excluding all Holidays.
With the recent rise in shipping rates we realize how important it is to obtain the lowest shipping rate possible.
We will also gladly ship outside the US. Just email us for a quote!
How To Place Your Order
For each item you wish to purchase click the Add to Cart button. Once you are finished shopping you may then checkout. Click "Checkout" and you will be prompted to enter your shipping and payment information. Once you complete this you will need to click "Place Order" at the bottom of the page. Your order will be sent to our order department and you will be invoiced for your order.
Backorders/Out of Stock
Due to the many ordering methods and order volumes we may on occassion run out of stock. This primarily occurs in the Supplies section. If the item is on backorder you will be notified when your invoice is sent and will be given the option to backorder the item or not order the item at that time.
Returns
Due to the nature of the items created ALL returns MUST be authorized. Special order items may not be returned. If there is a problem with size etc. we will make every effort possible to correct the problem for you. For window treatments be sure to measure properly. We can not accept a return due to mis-measuring.
All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be waved for customers electing to have a store credit. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
You must notify Prim By Design within 3 Business days of delivery that you wish to return an item.
Damage During Shipping
We strive to package our items with the utmost care but we realize that sometimes an item may arrive damaged. If this occurs please KEEP ALL packing materials and let us know immediately. All damage must be reported within 3 business days.
